This is What You Don’t See When You See Me on Twitter

Just because you’re a psychotherapist and you read one of my tweets, you think you know me? No.

Maybe you even read my Twitter bio. It still doesn’t mean you know who I am.

This is what you see on my Twitter profile:

This is what you see in my tweets:
•I write contemporary romance,
•Urban fantasy with vampires, witches, demons, and shifters,
•Epic fantasy about princesses and mermaids,

•I’m a Buffy and Merlin fan, Marvel movies fan, a Twihard.

Over the years, I’ve noticed that when people see all of the above, they assume that I’m a certain type of person.

They’re always way off.

Sadly, though not surprisingly, a lot of people, authors included, are rather judgemental. Some even think that it makes me less of a writer than them, and that my blogs and novels aren’t worthy of being read, simply because, in their opinion, I don’t write “proper books”. Before even sampling my fiction *shrug*
